The IT startup that ditches tickets and solves problems before you notice

Yogendra Jagger, Founder of Virtue Cloud & IT Solutions, celebrates reaching a milestone of 500+ clients with a Human-Centric IT Model. By Matuli M. Swain

Founded in April 2021, Virtue Cloud & IT Solutions has become a quiet force in the IT landscape. Behind its rapid rise is a simple yet powerful philosophy: prioritize people. Yogendra Jagger, its founder, has carved out a space in an industry often known for complexity and red tape by delivering tech with a human touch. In this candid conversation, he shares the journey of scaling to 500 clients and how Virtue Cloud is reshaping the IT support model.

What sparked the idea behind Virtue Cloud & IT Solutions?

After years in traditional IT firms, I often saw customer needs sidelined by rigid processes. I envisioned a company where the client’s voice wasn’t just heard—it was central. Virtue Cloud was born out of that desire to create frictionless, genuinely helpful IT services that empower businesses rather than entangle them in bureaucracy.

We’ve stripped away the sluggish, ticket-based support model. Clients today need speed, transparency, and responsiveness. That’s why we’ve built a 24/7 real-time support system with proactive monitoring and rapid resolution—often before the client even notices a problem. Our team offers bespoke cloud solutions tailored to each business’s unique environment, making our services not only more personal but far more effective.

24/7 support is ambitious. How do you maintain it?

We combine human expertise with smart automation. Our monitoring systems are designed to flag potential issues before they cause disruption. For clients with critical uptime needs, we assign dedicated support teams that work around the clock. It’s a blend of vigilance, smart tools, and a genuine commitment to reliability.

What have you developed specifically for SMEs?

Many small and mid-sized businesses can’t afford full-time IT departments. We bridge that gap. Our managed services—from cloud to cybersecurity and data backup—take the load off their shoulders. One logistics firm, for instance, was burning resources trying to manage scattered systems. We centralized their operations on a secure cloud platform, cutting costs by five times and dramatically boosting productivity.

Our core offerings include:

  • Cloud Solutions – Public, Private, and Hybrid deployments
  • Cybersecurity – Endpoint protection, data leak prevention
  • Backup & Disaster Recovery – Secure, multi-site data storage
  • Email Hosting – Reliable and secure business communication
  • VoIP Systems – Cost-efficient telephony for modern teams

Cybersecurity is top-of-mind for everyone. What’s your approach?

We take a layered, proactive stance. From securing endpoints to implementing real-time threat detection and encrypted backups, we ensure our clients’ digital assets are always protected. In the rare case of a breach, recovery is seamless and fast.

How do you keep pace with rapid tech evolution?

We don’t just follow trends—we test and validate them internally before they ever reach a client. Our philosophy is about smart adoption, not flashy upgrades. ‘Empowering Trending Technology’ isn’t just our tagline; it’s our promise to integrate tools that add true value.

What’s next on the horizon?

We’re moving deeper into AI-driven IT automation—making systems smarter, faster, and more intuitive. Our mission remains: to deliver customer-first IT solutions that remove complexity, reduce downtime, and let businesses thrive minus tech headaches.
